Here’s an easy recipe to make amazing sweet brioche at home!
Just milk, flour, fresh yeast and butter. It’ll be the fluffiest brioche on the earth:
INGREDIENTS:
500ml (2 cups) warm milk
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
100g (0.5 cup) brown sugar
60ml (0.3 cup) oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
750g (6 cups) flour
50g (0.2 cup) butter
For coating and sleeping brioches:
1 egg yolk + 15ml (1 tbsp) of milk
20 g sesame seeds
