INGREDIENTS:
1 l of milk
1 tbsp of flour
1 glass of sugar
1 tbsp of starch
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of butter
80 g of dark chocolate
1 glass of iced water
Biscuits
METHOD:
1. In a pot mix flour, sugar, starch, yolks, cocoa and milk.
2. Cook until it boils.
3. Add in the butter and chocolate pieces.
4. Pour the mix in a bowl and cool it with some iced water.
5. Blend everything.
6. Assemble the dessert by pouring on a tall glass some of the chocolate mix and adding biscuits pieces. The cover with some more chocolate mix.
7. Decorate your dessert with some crumbled biscuits and chocolate chips.
