Sponge ricotta and chocolate chips cake: all the steps to make it amazing.

INGREDIENTS:

3 medium eggs

200 grams of sugar

250 gr of ricotta

240 grams of flour 00

120 gr of sunflower oil

30 gr of rum

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 sachet of vanilla yeast

1 sachet of vanillin

120 gr of chocolate chips

METHOD:

Mix the ricotta with the cinnamon and rum. Mix well and form a homogeneous mixture.

Whip the eggs with the sugar and then add the ricotta. Then add oil, yeast, vanilla and flour. Add the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a buttered mold. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 45 minutes.
