Carrot dinner rolls: the recipe to make them fluffy and so yummy

This special ingredient makes these buns the fluffiest of all time:

INGREDIENTS:

7 gr dry yeast

250 ml hot milk

42 gr melted butter

1 egg

375 gr flour

400 gr grated carrots

onions

1 teaspoon sugar

salt

100 gr diced butter

Breadcrumbs to taste

METHOD: 

In a bowl mix yeast, milk, melted butter and egg.

Then add the flour, grated carrots, spring onions, sugar and salt. Form a uniform mixture and let stand 60-90 minutes.

Knead the dough and form a uniform dough. Divide into 12 parts and fill with the butter cubes. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Brush an egg and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25-30 minutes.
