Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

• 250g pasta
• 2 chicken breasts, cubed
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup cream
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Method:

1. Cook pasta as per instructions.
2. In a pan, cook chicken in olive oil until browned. Add garlic.
3. Add cream and cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Combine with drained pasta.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
