Ingredients:
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 600g cream cheese
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method:
- Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Divide batter in two. Mix cocoa into one half.
- Alternate spoonfuls of plain and chocolate batter in the center of the crust.
- Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50–60 minutes.
- Chill for 4 hours before serving.
