Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Method:
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until golden.
- Add red pepper flakes and cooked pasta. Toss well.
- Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
