Ingredients:
- 200g pasta
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Parmesan and parsley for topping
Method:
- In a pot, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms in olive oil until soft.
- Add pasta, broth, and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in cream, adjust salt, and cook 2 more minutes.
- Serve topped with Parmesan and parsley.
