Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
- Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot with pasta or rice.
