Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 200g sugar
- 100ml milk
- 100ml oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method:
- Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oil, milk, and vanilla.
- Sift in flour and baking powder.
- Divide batter in half, adding cocoa to one portion.
- In a greased pan, pour alternating spoonfuls of vanilla and cocoa batter.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes.
- Cool and serve with powdered sugar on top.
