Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out dough on a floured surface and transfer to a pizza pan.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Add mozzarella slices and a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Top with fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil. Serve hot.
