INGREDIENTS:

200g biscuit  

100g melted butter  

5 eggs 

700g cream cheese  

100g (1/2 cup) sugar  

150g melted chocolate 

2 tbsp vegetable oil 

40g (1/3 cup) Hazelnut grain

METHOD:

In a bowl mix together crushed biscuits and melted butter, transfer to the baking pan, and press it.

In another bowl mix cream cheese with eggs and sugar.

Pour onto the pressed biscuits. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.

Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate and hazelnut grain mixture.

Freeze for 15 minutes.
