Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 80g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- For filling: 200ml whipping cream + 1 tbsp sugar
- For ganache: 100g dark chocolate + 100ml cream
Method:
- Beat eggs and sugar until tripled in volume. Fold in flour, cocoa, and vanilla.
- Spread on parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Roll the sponge in a towel. Unroll, fill with whipped cream, and roll again.
- Cover with chocolate ganache. Decorate with powdered sugar.
